Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) to lead our ESG and sustainability transformation. The CSO will drive company-wide initiatives focused on environmental impact, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement to align with UAE Vision 2050 and global sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ESG strategy aligned with international frameworks (GRI, TCFD, CDP) and regional mandates Oversee corporate sustainability reporting, compliance, and carbon disclosure Lead Scope 1-3 emissions tracking, Net Zero planning, and LEED/BREEAM certification efforts Guide integration of ESG principles across operations, supply chain, and corporate governance Represent the company in sustainability forums, investor discussions, and regulatory engagements Build and lead cross-functional teams focused on sustainability impact and innovation

Requirements:

Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field 12+ years of ESG/sustainability leadership experience, preferably in the GCC Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, carbon reporting, and environmental compliance Certifications such as LEED AP, ISO 14001, GRI preferred Proven ability to influence at board level and drive cross-functional change

Compensation:

AED 80,000-120,000/month + bonus + full benefits (relocation if applicable)
