Job Description

As a Chief Strategy Officer, you will work with the President & CEO, and the Board when necessary to set the strategic direction and drive innovation within the Group. Your leadership will play a crucial role in transforming and future-proofing the Group's evolving business model and fostering a culture of strategic adaptability and excellence. You will be responsible for improving corporate governance and ensuring the Group adapts competitively in a rapidly changing and volatile global market. Additionally, this role requires you to develop and counsel the next generation of the family and enroll them into the family office.

Assess, recommend develop, and implement improvements or changes to the Group's corporate governance structure, including the Family Council, based on global best practices and in consultation with the Shareholders that support the Group's strategy.

Develop and mentor the next generation of the family, guiding them into the family office and ensuring their integration and growth within the organization.

Direct the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution of strategic initiatives that will accelerate a next generation portfolio transformation.

Collaborate closely with other C-suite executives to ensure the integration and alignment of strategies across all departments.

Leverage deep insights and experience in global markets to analyze economic trends and identify opportunities and risks in key strategic themes.

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for the Group to be supported by market studies, business plans, capital allocation plans, and risk appetite evaluation.

Engage in high-level stakeholder management to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals and risk appetite.

Actively participate in corporate governance represent the Group on key Portfolio boards and committees.

Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with the executive team.

Lead the formulation of long-term strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the Group's mission and vision.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential challenges that might affect the company's strategic goals.

Oversee the development and implementation of KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating existing strategies and proposing refinements or new directions based on changing market conditions.
