What you'll bring You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.You'll have a collaborative approach to working alongside the Executive Chef and Director of F&B and to setting the standards of excellent hygiene and safety throughout the entire BOH inclusive of the staff dining room.Be able to budget and monitor the payroll costs for both the Full Time stewarding team and the contracted stewarding casuals.Be able to budget, monitor and manage the cost of chemicals, washing detergents and all other associated stewarding costs.You'll have a solid understanding of purchasing protocols and inventory controls.You'll have strong leadership and organizational skills, an ability to control costs and excellent attention to detail.Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.English is the primary language used in our hotel.
