The Role
Position Title: Chief Steward Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and SC Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A high-end restaurant in Dubai. : . Train and supervise kitchen stewards . Enforce proper cleaning routines for service wares, equipment, floors, etc . Ensure that all materials, utensils and areas in the kitchen are inspected and cleaned properly according to standards . Monitor and report necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in the kitchen . Ensures that the kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and equipment
Requirements
Qualifications: . Male, 35 years old and below . Diploma or any relevant certificates . At least 2 years UAE experience in the same role from high-end or fine dining restaurant . Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
