:
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, monitoring our hiring processes, identifying improvement areas, and updating the recruitment procedure in coordination with other recruitment managers. You will also collaborate with our HR managers on determining the precise scope of our recruitment needs and scaling our hiring processes accordingly.
This role will put you in charge of supervising the activities of our entire recruitment teamxe2x80x94tracking their performance, providing advice, and informing them of any changes to our candidate selection process or overall recruitment policy. You will review individual stages of our current hiring processxe2x80x94including testing and interviewingxe2x80x94and recommend beneficial changes that will streamline the procedure.
To succeed in this role, you should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A solid knowledge of talent acquisition software and ATS systems is preferable.
Responsibilities:
xe2x80x8bDevelop an overarching recruitment strategy and update it on an as-needed basis
Oversee the activities of other recruiters in our department to ensure peak team performance
Determine the nature and scope of our recruitment needs and scale the process accordingly
Review individual stages of our recruitment process and recommend changes/improvements
Coordinate our recruitment initiatives with HR managers to ensure a streamlined hiring process
Establish internal promotion criteria and set specific benchmarks for our employees progress in their career path
Record the progress of our recruitment campaigns, gauge their effectiveness, and compile reports for future reference

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a senior Recruitment/ HR role

• Bachelors degree in Communications, HR, PR, or Administration

• Well-rounded knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid leadership abilities
