Job Description
We are partnering with a fast-growing digital banking start-up in Riyadh that is looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team.
This is a unique chance for Senior Managers, Heads of Operations, or Directors of Operations to step into a COO role and drive operational excellence across legal, HR, accounting, and general operations.
What we're looking for:
?? Strong background in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
?? Mandatory experience or knowledge of SAMA regulations - we are open to candidates based outside Saudi Arabia as long as they have worked with or have solid understanding of SAMA compliance.
?? A proven track record of building, leading, and scaling operational teams.
?? Strategic yet hands-on leadership approach to cross-functional delivery and compliance.
