Our client, an established and well-respected Family Office in Dubai, is seeking a strategic and operationally astute Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee its business operations, governance, and financial strategy. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished professional with a background in broader financial services to play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the officeaEUR(TM)s investment, risk, and operational frameworks. Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall operations of the Family Office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise financial management, investment oversight, and governance structures. Work closely with the Principal, board members, and senior leadership to align business and financial strategies with the familyaEUR(TM)s objectives. Oversee risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Manage relationships with external financial institutions, advisors, legal teams, and investment managers. Drive operational improvements, process automation, and technology adoption to enhance efficiency. Supervise budgeting, financial reporting, and liquidity management for the Family Office and associated entities. Ensure best-in-class corporate governance and decision-making frameworks. Lead and develop a high-performing team to support the Family OfficeaEUR(TM)s goals. Chief Operating Officer Requirements: 10+ years of experience in financial services, private banking, asset management, or family office management. Strong background in financial operations, governance, compliance, and investment oversight. Proven experience working with HNW/UHNW individuals or family offices. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities. Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments and risk management.
