Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in operational leadership roles, with relevant experience in the online betting and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives, particularly in the areas of online betting and real estate.
  • Business Process Optimization: Streamline business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Establish operational metrics and KPIs to measure and improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the CEO, board members, and other executives to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all company operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies, particularly in the highly regulated online betting sector.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance department to prepare and manage budgets, forecast needs, and oversee financial planning.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Drive innovation in operational processes and systems, adapting to changing market trends and business needs.
  • Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize value.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in operational leadership, preferably in the online betting and real estate sectors.
  • Deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
  • Strong familiarity with the business landscape and regulations in Dubai.
