About Role:
We are looking to employ Chief Operating Officer, who’s role will be to oversee and coordinate daily operations activities of AirhubAviation.
Duties:
- Manage contracted activities and overall operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and procedures. Continuously review and analyze operational information which concerns performance
- Participate in the development of strategic plans
- Select aircraft types and individual aircraft for operations by AirhubAviation and coordinate processes and documentation required for issuance of the Certificate of Registration by CAA. Negotiate the terms of acquisition or lease of all aircraft to be operated by the airline
- Ensure maintenance of all certifications held by AirhubAviation
- Negotiate terms and provide the facilities, workspace, equipment and supporting services required to support and satisfy airline operational safety, compliance and security requirements, negotiate the terms of the provision of maintenance support, airport facilities and services including ground handling and fuel supply
- Establish necessary forms and documentation required for the carriage of passengers and cargo by air
- Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with Air Operator Certificate. Initiate the Air Operator Certificate renewal application and notify CAA of any changes to the information reflected on the Air Operator Certificate

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Higher education in aviation field (advantage)
- Minimum 5-10 years of Management Experience
- Native English speakers or proficient
- Knowledge and understanding of flight safety and continuous airworthiness requirements set by aviation authorities
- Good commercial judgement
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-working environment
