Location:
Dubai, UAEA fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to oversee and scale operations acrossthree restaurant brands
. The COO will play a pivotal role in building systems from scratch, stabilizing operations, and driving sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
entire operations
of three restaurant brands Establish and implementoperational systems, SOPs, and performance standards
Drive sales growth and ensure outlets meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets Overseepeople management
: recruitment, training, performance, and retention strategies Optimizesupply chain, procurement, and vendor management
for efficiency and cost control Monitor P&L, control costs, and implement financial discipline across outlets Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand presence and increase footfall Provide leadership to ensure consistentguest experience and service excellence
Develop long-term strategies for expansion and scalabilityRequirements
Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in
hospitality/F&B multi-brand operations
Proven track record inbuilding systems and scaling businesses from the ground up
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, profitability management, and industry best practices Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise Based in UAE or willing to relocate;immediate joiners preferred
