Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
entire operations
of three restaurant brands
Establish and implement
operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards
Drive sales growth and ensure outlets meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
Oversee
people management
: recruitment, training, performance, and retention strategies
Optimize
supply chain, procurement, and vendor management
for efficiency and cost control
Monitor P&L, control costs, and implement financial discipline across outlets
Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand presence and increase footfall
Provide leadership to ensure consistent
guest experience and service excellence
Develop long-term strategies for expansion and scalability
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in
hospitality/F&B multi-brand operations
Proven track record in
building systems and scaling businesses from the ground up
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, profitability management, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise
Based in UAE or willing to relocate;
immediate joiners preferred
