Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals

Requirements
Proven experience as a COO in experience within the Development Industry and UAE Market
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and initiatives
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a knack for managing cross-functional teams
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude, capable of making data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
