We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale operations for a prominent player in the regions civil contracting industry. As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, operational strategy, resource planning, and cross-functional leadership to drive excellence, efficiency, and growth across multiple high-value developments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the operational and strategic delivery of large-scale civil construction projects Drive performance across engineering, planning, procurement, HSE, QA/QC and site operations Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards Manage a diverse workforce and subcontractor ecosystem across multiple sites Optimize processes and implement best-in-class systems and controls Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on business strategy, project pipeline, and client relations
