Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Construction & Infrastructure

Location:

UAE (based in Al Ain / Abu Dhabi; will oversee national operations)

Salary:

AED 40,000 - 50,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Company:

A major UAE contracting firm leading the delivery of

infrastructure and civil engineering projects

nationwide. The company is in a growth phase, expanding operations and optimizing performance across its project portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational activities across multiple project sites in the UAE. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability. Drive business development, tendering, and project acquisition strategies. Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and project managers. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks. Report directly to the board and lead organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 15+ years in the

construction/infrastructure sector in the UAE

, with at least 5 years in senior management. Proven success in managing P&L, operations, and multi-site project delivery. Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
