Coco Curls is a fast-growing, digital-first beauty brand built on community, inclusivity, and conscious beauty. Since launching in 2020, we've become Pakistan's fastest-growing haircare company, with cult-favorite products loved across the region. Now, we're entering our next phase: international expansion, category growth, and operational scale--with Dubai as our global hub. We're looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and drive the next chapter of our growth journey. As COO, you'll be the architect of our operational engine. You'll lead day-to-day operations across supply chain, sourcing, logistics, finance ops, HR, and international setup. This is a rare opportunity to build, scale, and optimize the infrastructure behind a high-growth consumer brand--from warehouse floor to boardroom. You'll work closely with the Founders to translate vision into reality, ensuring that our internal operations can support the pace and ambition of the business. You'll also play a key leadership role as we expand into new markets, categories, and channels. Tasks

• Oversee core operations across sourcing, production, warehousing, logistics, finance ops, and HR
• Build and lead high-performing teams across functions, with a focus on culture, accountability, and agility
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth in the Middle East and beyond
• Lead the UAE entity setup, including regulatory, legal, financial, and operational foundations
• Establish and manage supplier and manufacturing relationships across multiple geographies
• Ensure operational excellence around inventory planning, demand forecasting, quality control, and cost optimization Oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and resource allocation in partnership with finance
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
• Create clear dashboards and operational KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Champion sustainability and ethical practices across the supply chain
• Be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and help shape the long-term vision of Coco Curls

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business leadership--ideally within beauty, personal care, or consumer goods
• Experience scaling startups or high-growth brands, ideally with international operations
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to grow and manage multifunctional teams
• Operational rigor with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
• Track record of managing complex supply chains, logistics, and product operations
• Financial fluency and comfort with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Deep understanding of ethical sourcing, ESG frameworks, and sustainability in consumer goods
• Familiarity with setting up new entities or regional operations, especially in the GCC
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai, with flexibility to travel as needed
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
