To further develop the growth strategy in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) (m/f/d).
Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Oversee and further develop the entire corporate group sector, managing over 200 employees in the BENELUX region, in close collaboration with the CEO. Your role involves implementing the company\'s growth strategy.
- A key focus will be executing the Buy & Build strategy, integrating newly acquired medical practices into the corporate group. Additionally, you will support the creation of synergies within the group.
- You will serve as the point of contact for physicians and the entire team during the change management process, fostering an open and appreciative corporate culture through your situational and collaborative leadership skills.
- Furthermore, you\'ll optimize existing processes, emphasizing operational excellence, and help align the corporate group with future requirements.
- Overseeing the implementation of unified IT systems and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- In your capacity, you will represent the company externally.
- You have successfully completed a commercial degree, such as in business administration, and bring experience from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sector, or you have a comparable education with a relevant health-related background.
- You are an established, assertive, and entrepreneurial individual with effective communication and presentation skills.
- For this position, you have already gained experience in a similar role, such as site management or executive leadership of a larger, medium-sized entity, with demonstrable successes.
- You possess experience in managing, leading, and further developing operational business in the field of medical services and exhibit a strong hands-on mentality and ability to drive change. Knowledge of regulations and healthcare systems in the BENELUX region is highly advantageous.
- Leadership for you is about mutual respect, social competence, and a laser focus on goals.
- A willingness to travel and proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) complemented by fluency in English is mandatory.
