The job holder will play a critical supporting role in ensuring clarity, execution, and momentum across the business, helping the Chief of Staff stay focused on strategic priorities like revenue growth, operations, fundraising, and org changes. You'll be trusted to take full ownership of key processes and coordination across leadership, hiring, and investor workflows. Cross-Functional Execution & Follow-Through
Track progress on company-wide priorities, team initiatives, and cross-functional dependencies
Own meeting agendas, documentation, and follow-ups across CEO and leadership meetings
Build structure where there is ambiguity and ensure things move forward on time
Investor Relations & Reporting Support
Help prepare investor updates, board materials, fundraising documents, and internal dashboards
Coordinate data collection across finance, product, and growth teams
Manage communication flows
Special Projects & Operational Support
Step into research, prep, or project coordination for high-priority initiatives (e.g., pricing rollout, expansion planning, partnerships)
Prepare internal comms, strategic docs, and dashboards for Chief of Staff reviews
Handle confidential tasks and represent the Chief of Staff in follow-ups when needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or high-performance startups
A self-starter with strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to juggle multiple workstreams
Excellent communicator- clear, concise, and professional
Able to think structurally and operate without needing constant direction
Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and interfacing cross-functionally
