Role: Chief of Staff Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 AED per month + performance-based bonuses Location: Dubai, UAE Start: May/June 2025 We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Chairman & CEO of a leading real estate group based in Dubai. You will lead and execute key projects, turning strategy into reality to drive the business forward. Your role will also involve creating and improving their systems to enhance operational efficiency and workflow. Have 5+ years of experience working as a Chief of Staff ideally within the real estate industry Have excellent contactable references Be fluent in English Be degree educated Be eligible to work within the UAE Have a valid passport #J-18808-Ljbffr
