Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and patient outreach initiatives
Drive demand generation through online and offline campaigns
Oversee internal and external communication, including media and public relations
Manage marketing budgets, team performance, and agency partnerships
Leverage market research and analytics to shape strategy and improve ROI
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and business teams to align messaging and goals
Lead innovation in digital health marketing, CRM, and patient journey optimization
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in a healthcare organization
Strong understanding of healthcare market trends, regulations, and patient behavior
Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Healthcare-related qualifications are a plus)
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with healthcare CRM tools, EMR platforms, and digital transformation
Track record in scaling marketing for hospitals, clinics, or healthcare startups
Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
