Chief Marketing Officer Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93
  • Set marketing goals and objectives as well as plan, implement and manage the marketing content strategy
  • Measuring, reviewing and improving the performance and success of marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company and keep the marketing budget in check
  • Determine and track KPIs on a regular basis and prepare reports for the Marketing Department.
  • Collaborating with the product development, sales and customer service teams
  • Recruiting, training and mentoring the marketing team for improved efficiency
  • Collecting data on market trends and customer buying habits to guide marketing efforts
  • Staying up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies and techniques
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
  • Analyse company\'s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and latest best practices
  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
  • Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns globally.
  • Defining marketing plans to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategies and objectives
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company\xe2\x80\x99s unique \xe2\x80\x9cvoice\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
  • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
  • Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the company is investing in the right tools and resources
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field
  • 5 years of professional experience in the Financial, Fin-Tech or Online Industry is a must
  • 3 years of experience in Managerial position is a must
  • Solid experience in all marketing practices, from market research and SEO to plan execution
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of different web tools and marketing software
  • Experience in Google AdWords or Facebook Ads or Mobile Marketing or any other paid advertising mediums
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and time-management skills
  • Result oriented, confident enthusiast and dynamic personality
  • Creative and innovative thinker but also a multitasker
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication, and strong leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Marketing Manager: 3 years (Required)
