Title: Chief Legal Officer - Next Generation Markets/Digital Assets
We are supporting the launch of a new financial markets initiative in the Middle East. The organisation is building a next-generation platform that blends the stability of traditional market infrastructure with innovative digital solutions.
The Chief Legal Officer will lead all legal and regulatory matters, working alongside senior leadership and external stakeholders. This role will cover corporate governance, regulatory engagement, oversight of innovative financial products, and support for major commercial partnerships.
Ideal Profile15+ years of legal experience, including senior leadership roles in financial services, capital markets, or exchangesExpertise in securities regulation, governance, and cross-border legal frameworksExperience advising on financial innovation, digital products, or new market structuresStrong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with regulators, boards, and institutional partners
