The
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise-wide vision, strategy, and security program to ensure that information assets and technologies are effectively protected. This role encompasses identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the organization to mitigate information and IT-related risks. The CISO leads the response to security incidents, establishes appropriate standards and controls, manages security technologies, and oversees the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
