Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) / Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the business technology and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing technology team, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment of technology strategy with business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all technology and digital initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior technology managers, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, data analytics, innovation, and project management.
- Drive digital transformation, focusing on data analytics, AI, and productivity improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and external partners.
- Represent the organisation to the market, presenting to customers, clients, and executives.
- Manage a substantial IT budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee large scale ERP and HCM projects, including data migrations.
- Significant experience as a CIO, within a large, complex organisation; preferably with operations within mature, sophisticated markets.
- Strong background in global operations and digital transformation, either within the Real Estate or Construction sector; or within a large multi-national business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage a large team and budget.
- Must be able to reside and work in Dubai
