Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance, forecasts, and opportunities.
Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance functions.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to maintain liquidity and financial health.
Operational & Business Support
Provide financial insights to support decision-making across operations, supply chain, procurement, and sales.
Evaluate and optimize costing structures, menu engineering, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Partner with Operations and Marketing teams to support expansion, new outlets, and product launches.
Governance & Risk Management
Establish robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.
Build a high-performance culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Drive digital transformation by implementing modern ERP and financial systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
Minimum 12-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Holding sector.
Strong knowledge of financial management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and investor relations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic F&B environment.
