Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead the financial operations of our

Ready Mix division

. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise in concrete or construction materials and a strong track record in strategic financial management within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for Ready Mix operations. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key financial indicators across production, logistics, and sales. Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with business objectives. Oversee accounting, treasury, internal controls, and audit functions. Ensure full compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Identify financial risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. Partner with operational teams to drive cost efficiency, profitability, and ROI on plant and equipment. Lead ERP/financial system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives. Prepare financial reports for executive management and the board of directors. Manage relationships with investors, banks, and external auditors.

Professional qualification:

CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA

MBA in Finance

. Minimum

15 years

of progressive financial experience, with

5+ years

in a

CFO or Finance Director role

.

Mandatory

experience in the

Ready Mix, Concrete, or Construction Materials industry

. Strong knowledge of

cost accounting

,

project finance

, and

working capital management

. Proven leadership in managing finance teams and system implementations. Familiarity with

GCC financial regulations

and local compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
