Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and other executives on long-term strategy, business development, M&A, and capital allocation.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance, accounting, and sometimes IT teams.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and filings, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive executive leadership in finance, with proven success in strategic roles.
Analytical: Strong data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical: Proficiency in financial software and deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to look beyond numbers to drive business value and innovation.
