Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term strategy of our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with proven expertise in real estate finance, project accounting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and project accounting. Manage investments, cash flow, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with UAE financial and RERA regulations. Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and auditors. Lead, guide, and mentor the finance team.

Requirements



Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate sector Strong understanding of project financing and real estate compliance Hindi preferred; English proficiency required
