Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join our leadership team in the gas sector. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence, shaping long-term strategies, and ensuring our company's continued success in the industry.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards. Manage investor relations, banking relationships, and external stakeholders. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Lead risk management, cost optimization, and capital allocation initiatives. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's or MBA preferred). Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable. 12-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong background in the gas, oil, or energy sector is highly preferred. Proven expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, and capital markets. In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
