We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of a refining company, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance.
Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to the CEO, board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with all relevant regulations, including tax laws and industry standards, and maintain strong internal controls.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support business decision-making and drive long-term value creation.
Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other external partners.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the executive team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
3 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations preferred.
Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
Strong ethical values and integrity.

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
