NJD Construction looking for senior Chief Financial Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive the company's financial planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy development. Ensure accurate reporting of financial statements in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll. Guide investment strategies by analyzing market trends and financial risks. Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team on business expansion and budgeting. Evaluate and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency. Present financial performance reports to the board of directors and stakeholders. Lead capital raising efforts, managing investor relationships and financial negotiations. Supervise audits, tax filings, and liaise with external consultants and financial institutions.

Job Profile

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role. Deep knowledge of corporate finance, mergers/acquisitions, and risk management. Proven track record in financial planning, compliance, and strategic business guidance. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of leading large finance teams.
