The Opportunity
We're looking for a seasoned
Capital Raising & Investment Strategist
who can help us secure investment from venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic partners. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a proven investor network, strong financial storytelling capabilities, and a passion for helping early-stage companies grow and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a tailored fundraising strategy aligned with our business goals.
Identify and engage relevant investors (VCs, angels, family offices, strategic investors).
Refine and develop investor materials, including the pitch deck, executive summary, and financial model.
Lead investor outreach and manage the entire fundraising pipeline--from initial contact to closing.
Support the executive team in investor meetings and due diligence processes.
Advise on optimal deal structuring, valuation, and capital strategy.
Who You Are
Demonstrated success in raising $10K-$12M+ in equity capital for startups or growth-stage businesses.
Strong network of investors, including venture firms, angels, and family offices.
Deep knowledge of startup funding structures, cap tables, and term sheets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
(Bonus) Experience in the
maritime, infrastructure, logistics, or related investment sectors
