to lead our finance function and support the strategic growth of the organization. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, auditing, and compliance. Ensure accuracy of financial reports in accordance with local and international standards. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Manage financial risks and implement effective internal controls. Oversee cashflow management, cost control, and profitability strategies. Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders. Support decision-making for investments, expansion, and business development. Lead and mentor the finance team to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred). Minimum

15 years of progressive experience

in finance, with at least

5 years in a senior leadership role

. Proven experience working in the

Gulf region

, specifically

Qatar

. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and the outcome of the interview.
