Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely, transparent financial reporting for the Board and stakeholders.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader in a large organization.
Strong exposure to diversified businesses (retail, distribution, B2B, or services preferred).
Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA in Finance).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of GCC financial regulations and practices.
