Job Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, managing budgets, optimizing financial performance, preparing, and reviewing both ongoing and prospective investment plans and opportunities. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, guiding the finance team, and ensuring operational excellence across all financial functions. CFO will play a key role in strategic planning, risk management, and driving overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Professional Qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA - mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience*

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role within the UAE construction industry.

Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), with a focus on process automation and system optimization.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, and IFRS standards.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and advise on the financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear and confident communication, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
