Job Description
hWe are looking for an experienced CEO with background in sales to head a start-up born within an international coal mining company. This is an innovative digital platform for mining industry that will help mine sites around the world to manage all processes more efficient and transparent. The role requires relocation to Dubai. Responsibilities
- Driving company development and revenue growth
- Launching and developing product sales and brand awareness in the international market
- Conducting overall operational and administrative company management
- Building internal processes and procedures in a newly established company
- Hiring and building an effective and professional team
- Higher education
- Experience in sales and marketing on a global scale
- Experience working in start-up environment
- Experience in launching new product on new markets
- Deep understanding of IT and software products, ideally for mining, oil & gas or construction
- Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Proactivity, high level of self-organization
- Fluency in English
- Opportunity to work in an innovative and developing product of a large international mining company
- Building and developing company almost from scratch
- Possibility to launch and develop a new innovative product in international environment
- Work from the company office in Dubai
