This is a remote position.

Our client is an integrated strategic communications and public relations firm, specializing in marketing brands for the sports industry and the entertainment industry, with a large focus on music and television and catering to public, private and non-profit areas.

PURPOSE: Utilize public opinion so as to expand and enhance your brand, thereby increasing positive exposure in order to boost the brand to the next level. Raise awareness and repute by making good works well known.

OBJECTIVE: Provide a deliberate platform from which to speak. Increase overall and online presence. Construct and implement an innovative and effective publicity campaign with a combination of strategy, media relations and creative elements. Oversee all PR and publicity aspects of the project. Initiate publicity campaigns early enough to adequately inform and gain interest from the press. Continue the campaign long enough to build momentum and achieve maximum benefits.

Purpose
The plan which follows is designed to provide a roadmap for conducting marketing and public relations activities relating to the company / individuals. Development of a Marketing & PR Plan is recommended by assessing and responding to the requirements of the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. Such a plan requires the development and implementation of a well-organized, effectively managed communications programme that addresses specific needs of client.
Capitalizes on special events and awareness campaigns; Uses branded themes and materials; Enhances relationships with news, media and industry communities Provides legislative information and support; The purpose of this plan is to provide a coordinated effort in improving brand awareness

Overall Goal: to increase awareness of the company / individuals, by introducing them to new opportunities

Supporting Objectives: Build upon the company / individual unique image and identity. Increase overall awareness of the company / individual capabilities. Promote positive relationships with other providers.

Methods & Mediums: Successful marketing and public relations campaigns need to reach target audiences from different angles. Communications plan will utilize the following methods and mediums throughout the course of 6 months to 1 year.

Media Relations: A proactive media relations strategy will work to increase public awareness with target audiences about the company and assist in keeping the messages top-of-mind. Our media relations activities will depend on the issue and may include, but won\xe2\x80\x99t be limited to, the following tactics. We will develop materials by topic including a sample news release and backgrounder or fact sheet of key statistics. Materials will be tailored to suit the specific needs of the client.

Story leads: We prepare detailed and interesting story leads for key media outlets to encourage coverage. Feature articles as and when appropriate we will prepare articles for distribution to newspapers, local and industry specific magazines etc. to encourage media coverage

News conferences: We will conduct news conferences to share information of significant interest and value to the general public.

Mass Media Advertising: Even now, with all the changes in media consumption, conventional mass media remains a cost-efficient way to reach large numbers of people with consistent messages. While our mass media will vary in each campaign, there are specific vehicles that will serve as cornerstones to our advertising mix.
Newspapers, Magazines etc., Broadcast and Cable TV, Radio, together with non-traditional media, can have an enormous impact on social attitudes
ways in which we use mass media including Twitter, Facebook and Others.

Collateral Materials: There are also situations where audiences need more information about what products are on offer, and therefore we will offer the audience printed materials or web resources which go into more depth.

Community Relations: As part of our communications plan, we will proactively pursue opportunities to create Partnerships. We will build upon existing partnerships and forge new alliances to support and facilitate conferences, meetings and community events; these will support the success of our social marketing campaigns and programmes.

Other Communication Tools: We will explore the merits of appointing celebrities as brand ambassadors, and in some cases, less famous individuals could also have a big influence.

Websites: We will utilize all available materials to distribute key information about your players, such as social networking sites like YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. Also included in this strategy will be interactive websites, streaming video, and blogs such as Twitter and so forth. We will utilize informational bulletins featuring relevant, priority topic information as a vehicle to communicate to the public, as well as members of the media, legislators and more to gain brand international presence.

Internal Communications: We will work with our clients and staff to inform and involve them in marketing and public relations efforts.

Research & Evaluation: Research will also be utilized in support of social marketing efforts, including a creative strategy to establish baseline campaign awareness. Evaluate the campaign through social media likes and comments, together with any other factors that are available.
