Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in an EPC role, particularly in the UAE or Gulf region.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of successful project management.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE industry regulations and safety standards.
