Responsible for managing strategic partnerships, negotiating terms & conditions, vendor relations within the PSI Loyalty Program, driving loyalty team to achieve monthly sales revenue, measuring team's KPI's and performance, tracking and reporting monthly loyalty transactions, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver measurable value to PSI clients and loyalty partners.

Quality of cross-departmental coordination and reporting accuracy.
