Chief Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise engineering and technical teams Oversee maintenance, repairs, and operational performance of all systems Review drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents Plan, schedule, and execute engineering activities Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance Ensure safety compliance and implement engineering standards Troubleshoot complex technical issues Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments Prepare engineering reports, budgets, and maintenance plans Implement quality control procedures and best engineering practices Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or relevant field) 8-12+ years of engineering experience (preferably in UAE) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and technical knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
