Role Overview: The Chief Country Head will oversee operations in the U.A.E. branch, spearheading strategic business expansion, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction. This leadership role requires close coordination with senior management to formulate region-specific strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet financial performance objectives.
Key Qualifications:Minimum of 18 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, and Treasury.8-10 years of experience in a U.A.E.-based bank.
