Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Business Head
to lead the overall strategy, operations, and profitability of our company. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and execution capabilities to drive sustainable growth across GCC countries.Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across product lines and regions. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and performance targets. Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to expand market presence. Oversee daily business operations ensuring efficiency and compliance. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on talent development and leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in leadership roles (Head of Business, Country Head, GM, VP/Director of Growth or Operations). Proven track record of scaling audio/video chat platforms. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Hands-on experience in growth, strategy, and operations within live audio chat or social engagement apps. In-depth understanding of the gaming and social interaction landscape, user behavior, and emerging trends.
