Lebanese Cook / Chef

specializes in preparing authentic Lebanese cuisine, ensuring high-quality food, traditional flavors, and consistent presentation. The role involves daily food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and following Lebanese cooking techniques and recipes.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook traditional Lebanese dishes (mezze, grills, hot dishes, and desserts) Ensure authenticity, taste, and presentation of Lebanese cuisine Follow standardized recipes and portion control Prepare ingredients, sauces, and marinades daily Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Assist with menu planning and daily specials (for chef-level role) Monitor food storage, labeling, and stock rotation

Skills & Qualifications



Needed

Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and traditional cooking methods Experience preparing mezze, grilled meats, and classic Lebanese dishes Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Good time management and organizational skills Teamwork and communication skills
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Lebanese cook or chef (required) Culinary training or certification (preferred) Ability to maintain consistent quality and authentic flavors
