Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook traditional Lebanese dishes (mezze, grills, hot dishes, and desserts)
Ensure authenticity, taste, and presentation of Lebanese cuisine
Follow standardized recipes and portion control
Prepare ingredients, sauces, and marinades daily
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Assist with menu planning and daily specials (for chef-level role)
Monitor food storage, labeling, and stock rotation

Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and traditional cooking methods
Experience preparing mezze, grilled meats, and classic Lebanese dishes
