Qualifications/Requirements:
? Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
? Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (HACCP certification is a plus).

5-7 years of experience
in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
? Strong expertise in international and classical cooking techniques.
? Experience in leading a team in a professional kitchen environment.
? Advanced cooking and knife skills with excellent attention to detail.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
? Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
? Good communication skills and ability to train junior staff.
