As the Chief Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and enhance its reputation. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. Requirements Roles and responsibilities:- Develop and implement an overarching communication strategy that supports the organization\'s objectives.
- Align communication efforts with the company\'s values, vision, and brand identity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Manage communication budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately for maximum impact.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior communication role, preferably as a Chief/Director of Communication or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
