Computer World is looking to hire "Chief Accountant" for one of our clients in Bahrain - Skills & Qualifications -
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance
  • Expert knowledge in Finance and Accounting procedures and regulations within the region
  • Good knowledge and understanding of IFRS, VAT
  • Working knowledge of ERP preferably SAP, MS office (Excel , PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Expert in verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional reporting skills
Brief -
  • Preparing and interpreting consolidation reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements at group level.
  • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
  • Developing and managing financial systems/models minimizing financial risk.
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers , Insurance and statutory organizations.
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Producing accurate Consolidated financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
  • Monitoring of Receivables , Payables , Inventory and WIP / Deferred cost and making sure that working capital is under control.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
