Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for day to day accounts operations in HO and branches Monitoring receivables, payables,inventory, fixed assets and costing operations . Review all the payment vouchers and journal entries Reviewing all bank transactions and reconciliations. Perform the monthly accounts closing as per required Review and analyse the variances between actuals and budget on the account and item level Ensure that best internal control systems are in place . Make sure that all statutory and interim financial reports provided as plan. Any other duties assign by Finance Manager.
