Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our Finance department. As the Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the accounting of the company and its department
• Lead and supervise all accountants and finance teams; ensures the team completes assigned task properly within deadlines
• Handle Company\xe2\x80\x99s end to end tax filing and reports.
• Perform month end accounting activities such as historical and current reconciliation and journal entries.
• Handle Full spectrum of financial and cost accounting team (e.g., accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc.),
• Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• Maintain the financial health of the origination.
• Responsible. for timely, monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting
• Carrying out follow-up and supervision of the daily operations of the company\'s financial department, preparing accounts and financial statements.
• Daily task checking and verifying the accuracy of\' bank reconciliation statement
• Conducting periodic reconciliation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s accounts with banks, and its accounts.
• Check, verify, prepare and release all landlord/ supplier payments
• Conducting financial analysis of the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial statements; Evaluating the results of the analysis and submitting them to the management.
• 100% responsibility of all finance and accounting tasks and ensure an approval: done before/on time.
• Handle the preparation and submission of appropriate mandatory report to governmental organizations, such as VAT, TDF, Corporate tax and other tax reports on monthly/ Quarterly, yearly basis as required.
• Review existing processes; prepare and Implement accounting policies & procedures as per the standards.
• Any other responsibilities which may be assigned by the management time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
