Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Demonstrated experience teaching Chemistry at KS4/KS5 level or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for science education
• Growth mindset with reflective and solution-focused teaching approaches
• Creativity and enthusiasm in classroom delivery, with the ability to adapt lessons to varied learning styles
