Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Chemist

to join our team in the

lubricant industry

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in formulating, testing, and analyzing lubricant products. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, conducting R&D, and supporting the development of new formulations that meet industry standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and modify lubricant formulations for automotive, industrial, and specialty applications Perform routine quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) testing of raw materials and finished products Analyze product samples using laboratory equipment (e.g., viscometers, flash point testers, spectrophotometers, etc.) Maintain accurate records of all lab tests, formulations, and product specifications Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ASTM, ISO standards) Investigate product complaints and provide technical support to production and sales teams Collaborate with R&D and production departments for process improvements Maintain laboratory equipment and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the lubricants, oil & gas, or petrochemical industry Knowledge of lubricant additives, base oils, and blending processes Proficiency in lab instruments and testing procedures relevant to lubricants Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards Good communication and documentation skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

Chemist in Lubricants Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driving License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
