Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to join our team in supporting scientific research, quality control, and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures, analysis skills, and experience working within regulated environments such as GLP, CGMP, and FDA regulations. Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures Collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately to support research and quality control efforts Maintain detailed records of experiments, observations, and results using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Prepare samples for analysis, including histology, microbiology, molecular biology, and other specialized techniques Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GLP, CGMP, and FDA regulations during all laboratory activities Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory techniques and procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment to ensure safety and efficiency Support research & development projects by performing experiments related to animal physiology, veterinary terminology, or clinical laboratory testing as needed Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling biological samples, chemicals, or hazardous materials

Requirements

Proven experience working in an industrial or research laboratory setting with knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques Familiarity with GLP, CGMP, FDA regulations, and quality control standards Strong understanding of microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and clinical laboratory practices Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is preferred Excellent analysis skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate data collection and interpretation Ability to follow complex scientific protocols and maintain meticulous records Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal physiology is a plus Strong math skills for data analysis and experimental calculations Previous research laboratory experience or experience in scientific research environments is highly desirable
