Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Chemical Engineer
to oversee the
formulation, production, and quality control
of our chemical products. The role involves
developing and testing formulations
, supervising
batch production
,
analyzing materials
, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare
samples and pilot batches
for new products and quality testing.
Manage
production and formulation
of chemical products such as adhesives, coatings, and resins for sports flooring.
Supervise
batch processing
and conduct
in-process quality checks
to ensure consistency.
Conduct
testing and approval
of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Perform
visual and analytical evaluations
to confirm product specifications and adherence to quality standards.
Investigate customer complaints
, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with
Procurement and Inventory Teams
for timely material availability.
Identify and report
production or quality deviations
and assist in their resolution.
Collaborate with
R&D
to support new product development and enhance existing formulations.
Perform
color matching, formulation optimization, and product standardization
.
Track and report
KPI metrics
related to production efficiency, quality, and performance.
Ensure compliance with
safety, environmental, and waste management
standards in all chemical operations.
Calibrate and maintain
laboratory and production equipment.
Analyze
production and testing data
to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Contribute to
manufacturing layout design
and workflow optimization for operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification in Chemistry or Process Engineering.
